Making Space for What You Are Carrying
If anxiety, perfectionism, or unmet expectations have left you feeling exhausted or disconnected, you’re not broken; you’re human. Many of the people I work with appear capable and high-functioning, yet quietly feel overwhelmed, stuck, or self-critical. Therapy here is a place to slow down, tell the truth, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
-

CBT & ACT
I offer evidence-based therapy that helps you understand unhelpful thought patterns, relate differently to difficult emotions, and build flexibility in how you respond to stress, anxiety, and internal pressure.
-

OCD & Anxiety Support
Treatment includes specialized support for OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention alongside compassionate, structured care that helps reduce avoidance and increase confidence in daily life.
-

Perfectionism & Shame Resilience
Using the Daring Way framework, we explore perfectionism, self-criticism, and shame while developing greater self-compassion, authenticity, and resilience in how you relate to yourself and others.
-

College and Young Adult Transitions
Support for university students and emerging adults navigating identity, expectations, academic pressure, and life transitions during a period of significant personal and emotional change.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, we may transition to a biweekly schedule, depending on your needs, goals, and progress. This is always a collaborative decision.

There is no single timeline. Some people come for short-term, focused support, while others choose a longer, more reflective process. We will regularly check in about what feels helpful and appropriate for you.
